We are looking for the right person to join our CRM team and make sure that our users have such a great experience that they want to stay with us and go Premium.

In this position, you will support the CRM and retention team in forming and executing the CRM strategy, as well as make sure that you are in line with the Lifesum business objectives. You will create communication and campaigns across multiple channels to drive user conversion, engagement, and retention. 

Responsibilities and what you will do: 

This is a multi-disciplinary position where you will get to use your creative side, working with several teams on these tasks and more: : 

  • Planning, executing, and tailoring customer touchpoints according to the customer lifecycle and attributes
  • Applying the CRM strategy and driving engagement, sales, and retention during the customer journey
  • Working alongside the director of CRM to ensure campaign results, suggesting the changes that you feel are necessary for success
  • Maximizing CRM performance according to the metrics set out by the business

Are you the one we're looking for?  

To be successful in this position we believe that you have: 

  • At least two years of experience in a CRM manager position or three years as a CRM executive, and are ready to take the next step in your career
  • Proven numeric literacy and the ability to interpret, evaluate, and devise actions from campaign results
  • Experience from applying retention strategy and in-depth knowledge of CRM channels like emails, push, in-app, retargeting, and web
  • Experience in collating data and presenting key findings to stakeholders
