The opportunity
We're looking for a VP Growth to take full ownership of our next chapter. This is a senior leadership role with real weight: you'll own the strategy, lead the team, and drive the results that matter. We're looking for someone who has been here before - who knows what it takes to scale a consumer subscription business, who has driven significant results across Marketing, Sales and PR, and who thrives on turning data into decisions and decisions into impact. Someone who leads from the front, challenges the status quo, and brings the team along.
We are hiring for a permanent role. If a shorter-term interim arrangement suits you better right now, we're open to that conversation. What matters most is finding the right person who can make an impact from day one.
You'll be based at our Stockholm HQ at Repslagargatan 17, Södermalm, and report directly to the CEO.
What you'll do
• Own Lifesum's growth strategy across B2C & B2B sales, (Performance) Marketing and PR with clear accountability for ROI across all channels
• Drive the full consumer subscription funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and win-back with a sharp focus on CAC, LTV, and profitability
• Lead and develop your team across Sales, Marketing, and PR - building a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and measurable outcomes
• Manage substantial budgets across paid channels (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and more) and ensure spend is consistently allocated toward what works
• Collaborate closely with Data & Analytics to establish shared metrics, meaningful dashboards, and actionable reporting to the leadership team
• Work hand in hand with Product and Tech to align growth initiatives with the user experience
• Challenge existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements that strengthen both performance and scalability
• Lead analysis and strategic recommendations for new markets and segments
Who you are
• Proven track record of driving results in a consumer subscription business - you understand subscription economics at a deep, practical level
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition where you've managed substantial budgets and can move confidently between strategy and channel-level data
• Strong commercial leader with experience across both B2C and B2B, ideally in tech, healthtech, or a similarly fast-moving environment
• Analytical and data-driven, someone who make decisions based on evidence and can build the reporting frameworks to back them up
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment where rolling up your sleeves and working issues directly is a given
• A genuine interest in health and wellness. You don't just work here, you get it
• An AI-first mindset - you actively use AI tools to work smarter and expect your team to do the same
• Stockholm-based with the ability to maintain regular office presence
