We are now looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to join us in Stockholm.

What you will do:

• Run the day-to-day operations of our influencer program: scouting, signing, briefing, and analyzing.
  
• Lead our influencer activities in the DACH region while also supporting the growth of other markets.
  
• Spot and leverage social media trends to inspire fresh campaigns.
  
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, external agencies, and partners.
  
• Negotiate and close influencer deals, ensuring smooth agreements.
  
• Monitor campaign metrics, track KPIs, and optimize performance.
  
• Create creative briefs and provide influencers with actionable feedback to enhance their content.
  
  

What we are looking for: 

• 1+ years of relevant experience, or a degree in communications/marketing.
• Hands-on experience working with influencers.
• Active knowledge of social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and presentations.
• Excellent communication and social skills — a local influencer network is a plus.
• Experience in negotiating influencer partnerships.
• Fluency in German and English.
