As our Social Media Manager, you’ll bring this mission to life across multiple platforms, inspiring millions to eat better, move more, and live healthier every day.
You’ll own and grow our organic social presence, building a vibrant community around nutrition, wellness, and personal growth. Sitting within the Experience team and collaborating closely with Growth, you’ll work across influencer marketing, creative, product, and customer support—crafting authentic, forward-thinking connections with our audience at every touchpoint.
What you will be working on at Lifesum:
- Own and evolve Lifesum’s organic social media strategy, curating platform-specific content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Scaling our UGC intitiatives.
- Drive community growth and engagement through authentic storytelling, social-first creative, trends, and culturally relevant moments.
- Manage the social content calendar, balancing always-on, seasonal, reactive, and brand campaign content, while ensuring alignment with Lifesum’s broader marketing priorities.
- Create platform-native content (photo, video, text) that feels personal, engaging, and in tune with each channel’s culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to amplify creator partnerships, streamline content workflows, and integrate social into broader campaigns.
- Monitor and engage with our community, supporting brand trust and loyalty through active conversations, listening, and moderation.
- Test, measure, and learn—analyze KPIs, content performance, community sentiment, and emerging platform updates to drive continuous optimization and reporting.
- Lead social partnerships—identify, negotiate, and activate collaborations with like-minded brands, creators, and wellness platforms; especially UGC creators.
- Be the social media trendspotter internally—keep the team informed about emerging content trends, platform features, creator culture, and shifts in digital behavior.
Who you are
- A storyteller and creative thinker passionate about health, wellness, and helping others live better.
- Deeply connected to the cultural pulse of social media, from TikTok trends to LinkedIn thought leadership.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
- Highly visual and content-savvy, with the ability to brief, create, and edit quick-turn photo, video, and graphic content.
- Comfortable working both strategically (building plans) and tactically (jumping into daily posting, content creation, and community management).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and great at managing multiple projects, vendors, and priorities at once.
Your experience will be a valuable asset, the requirement for this role is:
- 5+ years of hands-on social media management experience (preferably in a lifestyle, health, tech, or consumer brand).
- Strong experience creating and publishing content directly to TikTok, Instagram (incl. Reels and Stories), YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Proficiency in using photo and video editing tools (such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, etc.) for social-optimized assets.
- UGC/Influencer relations and resourcing
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, platform insights, and third-party tools like Later or similar.
- Excellent copywriting and captioning skills that balance brand voice with platform trends.
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
- A portfolio of social content you’ve created or led
