We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Account Manager to join our Business Development team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be the key link between Lifesum and our global partners, ensuring strong relationships, smooth operations, and business growth.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and gets things done. You will report to the Head of Partnership Operations and play a crucial role in our mission to become the leading platform for Healthy Eating, Simplified.
What you will be working on at Lifesum:
- Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships, ensuring high-quality service and long-term growth
- Proactively manage customer needs and resolve challenges, delivering outstanding service and account management
- Take ownership of projects, driving business initiatives from start to finish
- Identify and act on new business opportunities through a results-driven and data-informed approach
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for our corporate wellness service, Lifesum for Work
- Ensure enterprise customers achieve commercial success, continuously optimizing program performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partnerships
Your experience will be a valuable asset. The requirements for this role are:
- 2+ years of experience in service-oriented roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Management
- Proven ability to take initiative and independently drive business processes, including sales, lead generation and pipeline management
- Experience in building and managing customer relationships with a strong business focus
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and turn ideas into action
- Analytical mindset, with experience using spreadsheets, CRM, and data visualization tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, with the ability to present and collaborate effectively.
