Vi söker en driven Redovisningsekonom till vår ekonomiavdelning på Lifesum där vi jobbar i ett högt tempo utan att kompromissa på resultatet. Du kommer att jobba självständigt med Lifesums redovisning och rapportering och kommer även att vara ansvarig för end-to-end processen för att säkerställa en högkvalitativ stängning och löpande rapportering. Du kommer att rapportera till Finance Director.

Som Redovisningsekonom på Lifesum kommer du att jobba i en dynamisk miljö där alla förväntas bidra till att upprätthålla, förbättra och implementera processer som hjälper bolaget drivas i rätt riktning. Då vi är i en tillväxtfas kan ansvarsområdena och rollen ändras med tiden och rollen kommer även innebära ad hoc rapporter till ledningsgruppen samt styrelsen.


  • Nära samarbete med Finance Director
  • Ansvara för samarbetet med Visma med dagliga uppgifter
  • Säkerställa kvalitativ stängning i tid
  • Balansavstämningar
  • Intäktsberäkningar
  • Beräkna och aktivera kostnader samt stämma av periodiseringar
  • Rapportering till ledningsgrupp samt styrelse
  • Ansvara för inköp
  • Förbered rapporter för budgetarbete samt prognos
  • Kontaktperson vid revision


  • 3-5 års erfarenhet av arbete som Redovisningsekonom, erfarenhet från start-up eller små bolag är ett plus
  • Kandidatexamen i ekonomi, finans, redovisning
  • Kunna svenska redovisningsprinciper
  • Avancerad kunskap i Excel och andra redovisningssystem, erfarenhet från är meriterande
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska. Engelska är vårt företagsspråk, andra språkkunskaper uppskattas
  • Lösningsorienterad och initiativtagande
  • Öga för detaljer, noggrann och självsäker i det du levererar
  • Gillar redovisning och att jobba med siffror. Avskyr när siffrorna inte går ihop


We’re looking for an Accountant to join the highly motivated Finance team at Lifesum who are working in a high pace without compromising the quality of the output. You will work independently with Lifesum’s accounting and reporting and will be responsible for the end-to-end process, ensuring timely and accurate closings and reporting. You will report to the Finance Director.

As Accountant at Lifesum you will be in a dynamic environment in which we expect you to be able to maintain, improve and implement finance processes that helps us drive our company in the right direction. As we are growing rapidly, the responsibilities might vary over time and the role will also include ad hoc requests from both Management and other departments.


- Working closely with Finance Director

- Together with Visma managing day-to-day operations (AP, AR, payment)

- Ensure timely and accurate closing

- Account reconciliations

- Revenue calculations

- Calculate and do activations and run depreciations

- Management and board reports

- Responsible for company purchases

- Prepare reports for budgeting and forecasting

- Audit liaison, be the point of contact with auditors


- 3-5 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably from a start-up or a small-sized company

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance

- Strong knowledge of Swedish GAAP

- Excellent skills in Excel and ERP systems, experience from is a big plus

- Fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written. Company language is English and any other language skills are considered an advantage

- Go-getter with a solution-driven personality

- Detail-oriented, thorough and confident in what you do

- Be passionate about accounting and get annoyed if numbers don’t add up
