Job Description

The CRM Manager will support the CRM and Retention team in devising and executing the CRM strategy in line with overall business objectives through the use of multi-channel communications and campaigns that drive user conversion, engagement, retention and increase customer lifetime value.  This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires creativity, a high level of organization and an excellent understanding of campaign execution and the use of actionable insights to constantly improve the customer journey and optimize revenue opportunities.  We are looking for a highly-focused, results-driven individual to support the team in improving revenues, lifetime value and customer success.  

Responsibilities OR What you will do

  • Assist in planning, executing and tailoring customer touch points according to the customer lifecycle, behavioural attributes and real-time event triggers; 
  • Use multi-channel touch points to drive engagement, sales and retention during the customer journey,
  • Liaising with designers to create design briefs for the campaigns, refining the creative used based on the results of testing;
  • Requesting translations where necessary;
  • Communicating promotions and liaising with customer support as required;
  • Working alongside the Director of CRM to collate campaign results to ascertain campaign effectiveness and suggest further testing or optimisation where necessary;
  • Implement feedback and changes to communications as required;
  • Use data insights to contribute to the refinement of campaign plans as necessary;
  • Assist in maximizing CRM performance according to the metrics set out by the business.
  • Monitoring and ensuring adequate CRM coverage of the user base;
  • Attend meetings as necessary for reviewing campaign success and forward planning including a weekly one to one and weekly Customer Success meeting with Optimove; 
  • Assisting in promotional operations including setting up coupons, creating redeem pages and scheduling promotional emails and notifications. 
  • Executing partnership campaigns as required; 
  • Sharing learnings with the relevant teams and ensure transparency regarding both wins and failures,
  • Working with the product teams in testing in-app campaigns and messaging

What we expect from you

  • Minimum of 2 years in a CRM Manager role, or 5+ years as CRM Executive and ready to jump to the next step.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant subject such as marketing, psychology or communications.
  • Analytic approach and proven numeric literacy and ability to interpret evaluate and devise actions from campaign results
  • Demonstrable experience in applying retention strategy with in-depth knowledge of CRM channels including email, push, In-app, retargeting and web
  • Solid experience using a CRM tool e.g. Salesforce, Optimove or Braze.
  • Experience in collating results and presenting key findings to stakeholders,
  • Fluency in English required
