Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead

Job Description

We are looking for the right person to take on the role as the lead for Talent acquisition and Employer branding. We want to find somebody who is a creative expert in attracting and finding the right talent, preferably with experience within tech recruitment. Lifesum is growing fast and we have our eyes firmly fixed on our goal - we’re looking for people with the same drive and determination as we have. We have great things ahead of us and this is a great opportunity to take on a new role within the company, to help us in our organizational growth.

What you will do

We want you to take responsibility for Lifesum´s Talent acquisition process as a whole in order to deliver the best support possible to the growing business, but also developing our ways of working. 

  • You’ll provide full-cycle recruiting; including the following;
    • Sourcing where you'll find and evaluate the best candidates on the market. 
    • Recruiting - where early in the process you will perform phone interviews, book and conduct interviews and administration. 
    • Work closely with and support our hiring managers in the process.
  • Employer branding, where you’ll identify and deliver on the best possibilities to attract new colleagues
  • Represent Lifesum at both internal and external events.
  • On-boarding processes where you'll create, develop and deliver an excellent process so that new Lifesummer´s feel welcome.
  • You'll report to VP Human Resources

What we expect from you

You have previous experience within Talent acquisition and Employer branding. You have hands on working experience within recruiting and sourcing candidates and understand the challenges that come with it. You like to work in a structured way and work close to managers to create an excellent candidate experience. 

  • You’ll definitely need to have a winning attitude and a can-do mentality like us.
  • You’ll definitely need to have great persuasive ability. 
  • You have at least 2+ years of previous recruitment experience.
  • You have experience in online databases (LinkedIn, StackOverflow etc.)
  • You have excellent verbal/communication skills. 
  • You have a strong inner drive, sense of ownership and a proactive/service minded focus.
  • You are well organized and structured.
  • You are comfortable in a constantly changing environment.
  • Swedish and English required (verbal and written), additional languages are always a bonus.
